Jason Bradley's company saw that raising the rest of the Titanic as an opportunity for earning money. They wanted to find old treasures hidden deep in the Titanic for money, and to set the Titanic in an amusement park.

Solution
Both companies raced towards raising the Titanic. The first company would be able to salvage most of it. Jason Bradley's operation was ready and came first. However, the plan did not work out so well. During the operation in lifting the Titanic, a massive submarine earthquake occurred.  Every machine underwater was destroyed, including the Titanic. The project wasted billions of dollars and the Titanic was gone. Donald Craig's operation was cancelled since there was nothing to lift.  The Titanic was never to be seen again.
