Data Privacy in Medical Industry

I want to address the privacy practices of Healthcare industry. As a computer scientist I have already made strides in exposing data leaks in systems. I want to institute the provacy practices to secure the medical data. Sherlock Holmes

     The story begins with a man is looking to share a room in the city where he meets detective Sherlock Holmes. One day Holmes gets a letter about someone being murdered. He went to the specified address where he met two detectives Lestrade and Gregson. As Holmes entered the room he saw many bloodstains, a dead man and a hat. By using all the clues Sherlock concluded how the murderer must looks like. Sherlock found so much blood all around, but couldn't finds any wound on the dead man. There was nothing to trace the killer, but a ring under the dead man and a hat. This could be murderer's ring and hat. So Sherlock decided to try to lure that person by sending an advertisement about that lost ring without disclosing the information of the murder.
